Appointment of non-executive director to Egg plc
Egg plc (“Egg”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Juan Rada to the Egg board as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Dr. Rada, 51, is Senior Vice President of Oracle Industries, responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
During his career, Dr. Rada has held senior roles at leading international companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T. Prior to these roles, Dr. Rada was Professor of Technology Management and Dean of the International Management Institute (IMD) in Switzerland.
He is also Chairman of the Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Private Bankers & Cie, Geneva (one of Switzerland leading private banks) Infology Fund Advisory Board and is also a member of the World Conservation Union (IUCN) Council.
Commenting on the appointment, Roberto Mendoza, Chairman of Egg plc, said:
