Appointment of non-executive director to Egg Banking plc
Egg plc (“Egg”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Pascal Cagni to the Egg Banking board as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Mr Cagni, 41, is Vice President and General Manager Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Apple where he has been instrumental in developing Apple’s increasing presence across EMEA. During his career, Mr Cagni has held senior positions at leading international technology companies including Packard Bell, NEC Computer International and Compaq.
Commenting on the appointment, Roberto Mendoza, Chairman of Egg plc, said:
