Partnering with IFRC Climate Centre to take action
Prudence Foundation and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) through its specialist Climate Centre entered a partnership earlier in February 2023 to explore the impact of air pollution, extreme heat, and humidity on population health.
The partnership with IFRC aims to build community resilience against climate change with an 18-month research project that aims to identify the groups that are most vulnerable to these leading environmental risks.
The findings of the research will also inform how we can continue to develop relevant solutions to improve the long-term health and well-being of the global community, and motivate early actions to improve health outcomes.
