In 2020, Prudence Foundation entered a partnership with UNICEF to develop a regional strategy aligned with Nurturing Care Framework that focuses on the first 1,000 days to advance early childhood development in Asia.
The strategy also includes the development of an awareness and communication programme to equip parents and caregivers with knowledge and skill to provide holistic nurturing care to the young children. The programme will be piloted in Indonesia in 2021, aiming to reach 90,000 parents and children in its first year of implementation.
